4th Grade Teacher - Ms. McGonigle
Ms. McGonigle is originally from San Diego, CA. She earned her bachelor’s degree and her teaching credential from National University. She began her teaching career at San Diego City Schools. In 2004 she joined DoDEA. She and her family have lived in Japan and Germany where they enjoyed supporting military-connected students.
During her teaching career, Ms. McGonigle has worked as a fourth-grade, math, science, and AVID teacher. She also served as a math interventionist and an ESOL specialist.
Ms. McGonigle's passion is finding new ways to engage students and create curious learners. She enjoys hiking, biking, reading a good book, or binging a new show at home. She and her husband are excited about returning to the States and being closer to family. Ms. McGonigle is excited about coming to McBride and returning to fourth grade.
