Counselor’s Desk

This month, we’re continuing our social-emotional lessons for K–2 students using the Kimochis program, which helps children build communication and emotional skills.

For grades 3–5, we are conducting mid-year needs assessments focused on safety and ensuring every student has a trusted adult in the building.

Our Character Trait for November and December is HELPFUL—a great reminder to lend a hand and support others during this season of giving.

We’re excited to share that small groups have started, and Lunch Bunch is underway, providing students with opportunities to build friendships and practice social skills in a fun, supportive setting.

Looking ahead, the Semester 1 Patriot of the Month Assembly will be held on December 12th.
