Fitness Club

The Patriot Fitness Club is an after school fitness club offered to students in grades 3-5. The goal of the fitness club is to encourage our students to lead an active lifestyle. This program focuses on fundamental movement and functional fitness. Each week, we will focus on a new component of fitness, a new movement and a nutrition tip to encourage healthy eating habits as well. Students are encouraged to use the skills they’ve learned not just at school, but even at home.
